I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income producing properties within the Brevard County area. I am a licensed real estate instructor as well as licensed broker associate and mortgage broker. I have 5 real estate designations. The designations I hold are CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-PRO (Real estate internet marketing). Personal - Gary & Laura
Gary is a Florida native having been born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Laura was born in Placerville, California and raised in the Brevard County area. We have a wonderful son, Barrett, and daughter, Bailey. When not practicing real estate we enjoy spending time with our family and watching the occasional scifi movie. We are actively involved with our son's little league baseball and football. We are also involved with Labrador Retriever Rescue as foster parents. We feel that we are very people oriented and highly enjoy interacting with people. We also feel that we bring personality and a sense of humor, along with our personal touch to what can sometimes be a busy and nervewracking time for people.
