I want to highly recommend Gary and Laura for giving me stellar service, above and beyond the call of duty. I had a bad experience with an agency that once they signed me, I could not get 5 minutes of their time to correct their poor MLS listing, or even return my phone calls. Gary and Laura are completely the opposite; in fact after signing me on a Friday morning, they rushed home to submit an ad in the paper by the 4pm deadline for an open house that Sunday, and on Sunday they put up banners, balloons and signs to market my house. They took scads of excellent digital photos with great angles, placing my home in the best possible light and really showing it off. The other agency tried to use regular photos instead of digital photos, and had trouble opening attachments or making simple updates on the MLS, which should take 5 minutes. Gary was a computer technician and his expertise made everything easy.
They immediately made beautiful flyers for their sign and took the time to work with me on the MLS listing to get it perfect, which was very important to me as most home sales are generated by the MLS listing. They followed up with me on everything and kept me informed, and SOLD MY HOME IN ONE WEEK in a market where the average selling period is 80-90 days. Gary and Laura both have their mortgage broker licenses, so they are very conversant with the closing procedures and what is needed to speed them along. For tax reasons I wanted to close on my home in 2005, and they stayed on top of the closing process, which only took 3 weeks, closing earlier than expected. In short, Gary and Laura are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone unreservedly.
